KEAN Manor’s primary overall expected service outcome is to provide a warm, nurturing, home environment where our individuals’ strengths and preferences are maximized by providing person-centered, individualized services and supports. In addition, it is the goal of KEAN Manor to foster relationships in our surrounding community and to be active participants in our community.

The KEAN Manor Home

      KEAN Manor has four bedrooms with a big backyard located in San Leandro. Fully furnished and close to a hospital. Staffing ratio is 1:2 at all times and 8 hours flexible time of a licensed nurse. The home will provide comprehensive, compassionate, and innovative services aimed at enhancing and enriching the lives of our individuals with complex medical needs and behavioral challenges.

Our Philosophy

We believe in the right of persons with developmental disabilities to live in a warm, supportive home-like environment and to have their own personal space and property that reflects the individual’s interests and family ties.
